Childline

​Childline has a wide range of resources for young people suffering from mental illness, including a helpline and an online 1-2-1 chat as well as lots of information regarding how to deal with whatever you are struggling with.

Samaritans provides lots of information regarding suicide statistics and advice on how to go about having suicidal thoughts yourself or being worried that someone you know is struggling. They have a helpline available 24 hours a day, as well as other contacts and a self-help app.

Mind offers lots of information regarding different mental illnesses and rights for people suffering from mental illness. They do not have their own crisis helpline, but instead have a full page on different helplines you can access here. They also offer access to an online community called Side by Side, which is a monitored platform anyone can use to discuss their mental health with people they can relate to.

Boys in Mind is an organisation that focuses predominantly on male mental health, working with many other organisations and offering training to represent men in the field of mental health and help reduce the stigma around this.
